Firstly I want to ask the Holy Spirit gifted to help me to help me dedicate more time to worship God in Christ Jesus in the area of
giving more to the poor
spend more time with those God, my heavenly Father and Father of my Saviour Jesus, sent me
share and teach people to seek the absolute truth that Jesus taught
ask Jesus to help me to teach and share effectively
be sensitive to hear with clarity and obey the Holy Spirit whom God in Jesus gifted me
to live a lifestyle that witness the Living Christ in me
My personal life:
to eat and live healthily
to record daily what the Holy Spirit teaches me
to work harder and pay more of my debts
to expand more accounts of my greeting cards business to bookstores, pharmacies, hospitals, colleges
I pray my Lord Jesus help me to sustain my commitment for 2007.
Holy Spirit, may your Presence in me provide me the strength and wisdom that I needed to accomplish all things for the honor and glory of my Lord, Saviour Jesus, the Son of the Living God who was sent to rescue me from sin and unite me to my Creator, whom I belong.
Praise the Living God of Israel, Father to my Saviour Jesus, forever and ever, Amen!
Sharing God, my heavenly Father in Christ Jesus's wisdom that fills my tots daily.....

Selfishness: A Miserable Life In Solitude
I am sharing a message to a grieving parent who suffered in silent anguish over her daughter's extreme selfishness and felt hopeless how she as a parent can help. She believed she is embarking on a hopeless journey, or so it seems to search for help until she wrote to me.
I am not the Light but I am showing her to the Light that will lead her out of darkness. The Light is Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour........ John 1:8-9
Greetings with love and peace in our heavenly Father who is in our Saviour Jesus.
Aunty Margaret, I am saddened by your telephone call regarding your daughter, Adeline. I promised to remember her in my daily prayers. However, I must truthfully admit my joy over your honesty to share about your daughter's problem. Whilst sharing your problem with a fellow brother in Christ, simultaneously you are in reality surrendering your problem to the Almighty God of Israel. Let's discuss about your daughter here as I found that it's the most economic and appropriate method. Thank God for modernization in computer technology.
Selfishness is an illness of excessive self obsession. You can easily identify the traits of a selfish person by his inconsideration, insensitivity, tactlessness, rudeness, and thoughtlessness towards others. A selfish person is someone who prioritized himself first. I have purposely outline about God rewarding those who learn to be selfless in closing. Please read about it at the end of my letter.
Selfishness is a dreadful, frightening, hideous, and literally deadly illness. It silently disfigures a person's character. Selfish people live in isolation in a sociable world. Selfishness is so deadly that in most cases it destroys without any significant symptoms.
In the Bible, we know that selfishness is a part of the Devil's character. Selfishness breeds other fruits of evil like arrogance, erratic emotional moods, hatreds, judgmental, anguish and mental unstableness. In truth, we witness what the Devil is in a selfish person.
Selfish people need urgent assistance. Nope, I am not recommending medical supervision like counseling or psychiatric consultation. What these people need is direct help from God in Christ Jesus. Only God in Jesus Christ can removed such infirmity. Only the power of the Living God in the Holy Spirit can infiltrate the inner soul of these sick people to administer God's potent healing power. Only the Holy Spirit can accomplish correction in our imperfection we suffer in the sin we were all born into. Metamorphosis belongs to the Living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
It's a tragic that most of these selfish people suffer arrogantly by not admitting to their selfishness. They virtually erect a wall around them barricading themselves within, isolating themselves from outside help. Any opportunity to help them is very marginal unless they capitulate, acknowledging they warrant aid.
Besides divine intervention, maybe another effective approach is to administer doses of their own medicine. We should live and behave like them; we take on their likeness! Hopefully, our behavior and lifestyle reflect to them their own likeness. By imitating them, we hope for an opportunity to elucidate subtly about the evil of selfishness to them. This modus operandi might work!
Like I mentioned earlier, it's tragic that selfish people rarely owned up to their personality. Selfish personalities have this impression that they are smarter and highly intelligent beings. They are unaware that they are trapped by their own folly. They lived in deception and in misery.
I wonder whether selfishness is hereditary or merely bad habits develop unconsciously as a result of some childhood trauma. Selfishness is the Devil's incognito in us and we must expose this evil by acknowledging it and summon help. I am sad to mention that such people surround our lives and there's nothing very much that we can do to help them unless they stood out and distinctly confessed a mutation. The obvious simplicity is to commit to the Almighty Creator of heaven and earth and everything in it.
Aunty Margaret, I hope I have articulately encapsulated your daughter's 'illness' with the above wisdom. There is no other miracle healer in this whole universe besides Dr Jesus! Perhaps it's God's plan, when you chose to share with me, that I can redirect you back to Him.
I thanked God for your honesty and the Holy Spirit's conviction that you share with someone your problem. I am confident and is convinced that Jesus is standing by awaiting you to approach Him. Jesus always champion those who approached Him with an honest heart ~smile~
Some Holy Scripture to encourage you.....
Don't be selfish; don't live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Philippians 2:3
But if you are bitterly jealous and there is selfish ambition in your hearts, don't brag about being wise. That is the worst kind of lie. James 3:14
For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and every kind of evil. James 3:16
And of course the best description about selfishness is in Matthew 16:24, Then Jesus said to the disciples, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must put aside your selfish ambition, shoulder your cross, and follow me. It's obvious that Jesus came into the world thinking of us more than Himself.
The Word of God is perfect.
You can never uncover joy until you learn to share! You can never uncover joy until you learn to live with others. If God intended us to be selfish, He would not have created a companion in Eve for us. God would not have established marriage. God would not have share the joy of His only Son with us.
I promised earlier to touch on God's exclusive plan to reward those who share generously. Our heavenly Father purposely design our lifestyle in such a manner that we can only discover joy when we learn to share with others. Selfishness results in emptiness. Selflessness generates an abundance of everything good.
Honestly, I like the way of how God infused His blessings with our obedience. It's a "Do and Get or Don't do don't Get!" application.
If you don't believe me, try giving just a little bit and learn to grow your giving and soon your life will be filled with a celebration of great joy that comes from God's blessings.
In concluding my message to you, Aunty Margaret, I wish you a fruitful journey together with your daughter, as you held her hands and walked with her towards Jesus Christ, our Light and Lord and Saviour.
Let the healing begins.............
Happy New Year 2007!

The Ability To Be Still And Hear With Clarity
All my years as a Christian, I rarely heard a sermon preached on being still and hear from God in Jesus Christ, sensitive to the still gentle voice of the Holy Spirit.
Albeit the never ending order to pray, I believed it's even more important to listen to our heavenly Father. While praying is conveying our needs to our Saviour God, listening is getting instructions and guidance to live righteously for His honor and glory. This is different from praising and worshipping our heavenly Father in Christ Jesus.
Prayers are important but without listening, how do we ever know what our heavenly Father demand of us? Prayers is imparting our thoughts to our heavenly Father while listening is allowing our Father to reveal his will to us. And I personally believe that it's significant to hear from our heavenly Father.
In order to be still, one needs to learn to navigate his focus on Jesus through the maze of evil set up by the evil one. We need to ask the Holy Spirit to help us be sensitive to his convictions. Honestly, there is no such thing as the best times like waking up in the middle of the night; you only need to open your mouth and ask the Holy Spirit to help you be focus!
I thank Jesus in the Holy Spirit, revealing this awesome truth to me about my unfruitful spiritual life being the fault of me talking too much and failing to listen more. I could witness my spiritual growth as I started learning to be sensitive listening to the Holy Spirit's guidance.
I heard you asking how are we supposed to tune our ears to the still small voice of our heavenly Father in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour?
READ THE BIBLE!
Amazingly, this was how the Holy Spirit revealed to me when I asked my heavenly Father to tune my ears to hear Him with clarity.
Reading the Bible is spending quality time with our Saviour Jesus as He teaches us, we listened with the help of the Holy Spirit, gifted to us.
Reading the Bible is allowing the Word of God ministered to us. And the Word is our Saviour Jesus (John 1:1, 14). As we read, we listened and learned obedience, resulting us planting Jesus into our life, building Him as the foundation, the Rock.
Like I mentioned earlier, there is no such thing as waking up in the middle of the night, hiding away on a retreat, locking yourself in the room, or any other man created rubbish reasons. You only need to ask the Holy Spirit to help you develope an honest passion after the heart of our heavenly Father in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
Desire the Kingdom of God and God's righteousness as your priority in worship and all things will be given to you (Matthew 6:33)
Starts reading the Bible today and allow God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ speaks and minister to you as you learned to be still and listens.
God Bless You............

What Is A Christian?
Today is Christmas Day 2006.
As I kneel to pray for my family, friends, those who persecute me and my nation whom my heavenly Father has placed me in, I pondered for a minute and asked myself this question: What exactly is a Christian? What am I and who am I when I decided to confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord Saviour, identifying myself a Christian to the world at large?
Jesus Christ my Saviour died, nailed to the cross for my sake. If I claimed myself to belong to Him, how shall I lived my life for the honor and glory of His Majestic Name?
If I am a Christian, I must lived like my Saviour Jesus. I must live according to all He has taught me in the Bible. I wouldn't want my Saviour to pose me this question as in Luke 4:46, Why do you keep calling me, "Lord, Lord!" when you don't do what I say?
And what exactly did our Saviour taught us?
Love each other like we love ourselves.
Love our enemies.
Provide for others.
Share with others
Be prepared to sacrifice our own lives
are just a few examples of what our Saviour taught us.
I know most of us thought these acts are almost impossible to execute. It's totally and absolutely not true! This is one lie the Devil wanted us to believe. If we rebuke the lie, swallow our pride and learned to ask, then we can do what Christ our Saviour taught us. The strength to pray comes from our Saviour in the power of the Holy Spirit that our heavenly Father gifted us when we confessed and believed by faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God.
As Christians, we must lived our new lives in the power of the Holy Spirit gifted to help and guide us to live above the lifestyle of the ordinary man. The gifting of the Holy Spirit is an extra in the ordinary us. The extra of God's gift to us created us anew to become extra-ordinary!
In Matthew 5:43-48 our Saviour Jesus taught us to live apart from the ordinary. "You have heard that the law of Moses says, 'Love your neighbor' and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and on the unjust, too. If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect."
Every good works belonged to the power of the Holy Spirit because goodness belongs to God alone. No man who is dust can do God's work except God Himself in the Holy Spirit. Even our Saviour Jesus acknowledged in John 14:10 that his work belonged to the Father who lives in him to empower him.
I also discovered the teachings of our Saviour Jesus are foolishness to men. The unbeliever can never grasp and fathom the ways of our heavenly Father because the ways and thoughts of God are higher than man. Without the Holy Spirit, no one can love their enemies, share kindly and generously, love unconditionally and witness for the honor and glory of our Lord Jesus by living right. God's wisdom to us is to live to please Him alone. God's wisdom is foolishness to man.
To stay away from sinning, I daily seek the Holy Spirit, gifted to help me and constantly remind myself reading and meditating John 8:47, Anyone who belongs to God listens gladly to the words of God. But you don't listen because you don't belong to God.
I spent the last 5 years with the help of the Holy Spirit, gifted to me, learning to run from sin, finding shelter to hide in my Saviour. And each day the strength of my Saviour grew in me to help me confront evil bravely. Each day I commit my weakness to my Saviour Jesus so that He can be my strength. Each day, I learned obedience, grew to be like Jesus as the Holy Spirit slowly transforms me.
This Christmas, I wish for myself that Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour continue transforming me into His likeness. I pray the Holy Spirit remain in me to help me live my earthly life, firmly as a Christian, bearing fruits for the honour and glory of my Majestic Lord Saviour Jesus, Creator and Father.
And may the Holy Spirit filled and equipped me to do the will of the Father, to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
Merry Christmas 2006!

Some Disturbing Questions!
I accompanied my mom to lay some offerings for my deceased father at a nearby Taoist temple.
There were literally hundreds of vagrants of various races lining outside the temple grounds with a variety of 'begging' bowls. There could be Ming porcelain bowls among them ~smile~
While mom was doing her things inside the temple, I couldn't help wondering why there were always so many vagrants outside chinese temple grounds. I pushed my memory back to a few weeks earlier when I was driving pass a Hindu temple in the Mid Valley shopping mall area and also saw many vagrants outside. Out of curiosity, I purposely searched out a Moslem mosque and checked out it's surrounding. Eureka! There were a few vagrants loitering around it's grounds and some were napping along the corridors.
The purpose of my writing today involved a disturbing question that has been swelling on my mind: Why are there no such category of people outside Churches? Has anyone seen, once, even just once, one less fortunate person begging outside a church?
Ever wonder why?
What could be their reasons staying away from begging outside Churches? Many Churches claimed thousands of worshippers present at one service. Churches should be an excellent choice to beg for these less fortunate. And afterall, it's only a few hours in a days work; Sundays!
The other disturbing fact is about religious services. I observed that the various religious place of worship are open into the late evenings of the day. Churches opens only on Sundays or unless there is some functions.
I checked with a Christian about this and he told me that they are vigilant over thefts.
And I thought Christians were supposed to trust God to have His angels guarding His own house? And how are the Churches serving the community when it's doors are closed on most days of the week?
Hmmm?

Not Just A Decision!
What does it take to fulfill an intention?
Just a decision!
Yet, it takes a lot to muster enough strength to make a decision abeit a small and simple one. Commitment in a decision helps to bear fruit to it. Decisions are easily uttered through the mouth but it takes a whole heart to realise it. It is easy to aye to a decision, accomplishing it is another matter.
Like this morning, while brushing my teeth, I decided to wash my car after breakfast. With a mug of the loveliest coffee, I slumped my body to my comfy cushy chair to catch a little bit of the morning news and was trapped sitting there until my wife, looking slightly annoyed, asked whether I am ready to be served 'dinner!'
What! It's dinner time?
"Hey! I thought I heard you muttering in between brushing your teeth this morning that you are going to wash the car?", scowled a very sweet and patient already used to my character wife.
I am writing this to remind myself how easily most times I told my Saviour Jesus about my intended repentance from certain weaknesses in my lifestyle. It's so easy to pray and say I decided to turn away from heavy eating and bingeing at the sight of anything edible. But when I encountered all these glorious food, I just give in and stretched out my hands towards those food.
I could never be able to muster enough strength to bolt from food that seems to appear everywhere and every time when I could feel strength enveloping me. I failed each time.
Today, I thanked Jesus in the Holy Spirit to reveal me it's secret about making decisions and conforming it.
The strength lies in my Saviour Jesus! The knowledge of this fact was with me since birth! Yet, this knowledge never served me well but speaking into my heart to convict me each time when I needed it most! The Devil must be working overtime to keep the knowledge from divulging me.
I just decided to make a donation to an orphange. Knowledge whispered audibly to me that I could never do it on my own. I thanked my heavenly Father for my Saviour Jesus who promises me He'll be my partner in everything I wished to do.
Merry Christmas!

I just decided to make a donation to an orphange. Knowledge whispered audibly to me that I could never do it on my own. I thanked my heavenly Father for my Saviour Jesus who promises me He'll be my partner in everything I wished to do.
Merry Christmas!

Judge Not!
One day, many moons ago, while shopping in Metrojaya Buikit Bintang, I witnessed this young mother beating her daughter. The poor soul was crying her lungs out. Shoppers were crowding around them; non responded to stop the young mother or tried to allay further beatings. I took the initiative and walked towards the mother.
I could only managed to utter one word, "excuse" when this young mother burst out crying. I was slightly embarrassed by the sudden outburst. The crowd started to disperse when they thought all is well. I stood there with the young lady as she explain her predicament in between sobs.
She told me she was a single mother and doesn't know how to care and love her daughter correctly. She truly loved her. But the daughter was mischievous by her benchmark. She tried to spend as much time with her. Someday she even took her to work.
She admitted to me that many times she contemplated suicide together with her daughter or leaving her daughter at the orphanage so that she could start all over again. But she truly loved her and promised herself that she would not give up the struggle to bring her up. Close friends and relatives evaded mother and daughter because of her bad choice in her husband.
She told me she hugged her daughter and assured her how much she loved her each time after a beating.
She wasn't prideful holding back explaining her weakness to me, a total stranger. I was glad I stayed to listen to her. If she did not explained and I did not stayed to listen, I am sure I would have totally misunderstood her beating her child.
God, our heavenly Father in Christ Jesus taught us to love each other, to love our neighbors like ourselves. In Luke 6:46, our Saviour Lord Jesus asked why called Him Lord! Lord! when we don't obey what He has taught us.
It is easy to claim that I am a Christian but followed a different lifestyle. Titus 1:16
I realized I would never be able to offer any form of assistance to anyone because I decided so. But I could help anyone if I draw strength from my Saviour and asked Him to live in me in the power of the Holy Spirit to help. I can love if Christ lives in me.
I cannot do anything for Christ's glory if I chose to live independant of Him.
I would have condemned the young mother for beating her child senselessly. I thanked my heavenly Father for teaching me to understand why not to simply judge people when we do not know the truth.
Our heavenly Father knows the end from the beginning. Everything happened for a reason and everything works according to His plans for His glory.
When I was rotten and a reject, a sinner who is not worthy of anything, Christ came to die for me on the cross. Jesus alone loves me. I am the worst sinner but Jesus never gave up on me.
With all sincerity, I could have passed judgement on the parents for the lives of their three children. (A couple was arrested for taking the lives of their 3 children in Malaysia in a suicide pact that went awry). I am glad I did not because each day I pray for grace to work in my life and today I pray that God in Jesus Christ will work His grace through me. Without His grace, I am still rotten, rejected and lost out there.
Without grace, probably I could be worst than the parents of the 3 lost children.
I do not want to be arrogant about my faith lest God send me a test too great that I may fail. I know I will surely fall away if God removed His grace from me. What am I without the Holy Spirit who lives in me to fill me and equip me to live my earthly life for the honor and glory of Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour.
As a Christian, I learn each day to view everything from God's heart and not interpret anything by my own wisdom. My wisdom is foolishness to Him. I may pass judgement wrongly!
I could have ended up a crook, a rapist, a snatch thief, a murderer, a person filled with all types of evil if not for the grace, mercy and unfailing love of my Saviour, Lord Jesus.
I pray for the parents whom many people are judging them and bind the powers of the evil one so that in each of us, we reign with Christ our Lord with victory. I asked for Christ grace, mercy and unfailing love for them. I pray our Saviour is there with them right now, not because they deserved anything but because Christ is Lord and Saviour, because of His abundance mercies. Because He came to die for the undeserving like me.
Christmas ain't Christmas if Christ did not come to die for us when we were still sinners!
Merry Christmas!

Ryan Watched Pornography!
Hmm....Am I having your attention now?
Pornography are acts of mischief that may excite or may bring offense to people. The dictionary defined pornography as obscene, filthy, dirty, lewd, and unholy!.
Is our Christian life like pornography to unbelievers?
SCENE 1:
A certain Christian leader addresses a group of young Christians about the harmfulness of smoking. They were shown photo slides of victims suffering from cancer; the effects from smoking. It generated a lot of excitement among the children. The children were also taught to look after their body because its the temple of the Holy God. When the dialog ended each child applauded to acknowledge that they fully understood and appreciated the message about the effects of smoking on their health.
Ryan, aged 8 was with his parents in a restaurant having dinner. There was a commotion in the restaurant. It was between a diner and the waitress. The diner, lost his cool and uttered a stream of profanities at the waitress, who apparently accidentally spilled hot coffee on him. Ryan recognized the diner as the person who spoke to them about the ill effects of smoking. Ryan was an attendee at the smoking dialog. Ryan remembered the part about honoring the body which is also the temple of the Holy God.
Ryan turned to his parents and exclaimed disappointingly, "Mum! Dad! This man taught us about honoring our body and to keep our body from harm because God lives in it. Look at him shouting at the waitress and the words he is using on her. Isn't that a shame? I am wondering how God is feeling inside him now? I am sure the anger wasn't from God? And I thought when God lives in us, we have the gift of self control? Isn't anger worse than smoking?"
SCENE 2:
Immediately after Sunday service, the small group of Christians were frenzy over something. They were getting ready to visit someone. Its the new believer's home. At the new believers request, they are going over to his home to remove the idols he was worshipping in the past. Half an hour later, there were celebration. The idols had been removed.
Young Ryan was with his family in the car. They were on the way home after shopping at the nearby supermarket. Ryan's mum suddenly recall that she forgot to buy something when they were in the supermarket. Ryan's dad stopped the car at the convenience store for mum to get her stuff. Young Ryan glimpsed a furtive person at the betting shop. Young Ryan thought he looked familiar. Aha! He was the new believer who had his idols removed a week ago. Ryan's parents were at the new believers home to help removed the idols.
Mum returned to the car after she got her stuff.
Ryan turned to his parents and exclaimed disappointingly again, "Mum! Dad! Could you recognized that man in the blue shirt in the betting shop? Isn't he the guy we went over to his house with our other Christian family to remove the idols he used to worship? I thought he had repented of everything and only worship God in Jesus alone. Isn't it more important that we removed the idols in our hearts first? He had those idols removed in the home he lived but not those in his heart where God dwells. Since he still had idols in his heart, where will Jesus be because Jesus would not share His home with someone else. Is there a union between holiness and unholiness?"
Isn't it apparent that the Devil has made lies look like truths? Lies dwelled in us deceiving us to remove the wrong priorities that stumble us!
Our heavenly Father gifted everyone who confessed his son, Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Saviour with the Holy Spirit. The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to help us live our earthly life for God. The Holy Spirit is a gift to guard the Father's children. The believer has given up his old life and by confessing Jesus Christ as the Saviour, the person lived the new life obedient to the power of the Holy Spirit (Galatian 2:20).
The true children of God are those who are led by the Spirit of God (Romans 8:14).
Our new life in Jesus should not be like pornography to the non believer (Titus 1:16). Each and every moment of our life as a Christian is a testimony of His holiness in us. Each and every moment of our Christian life is a testimony of Christ victory in us.
All of us can live that victorious life for Jesus if we allow the power of the Holy Spirit to guide us. And that is if we are prepared to kneel and ask Jesus to come into our lives to help us. Jesus is prepared to do just that because he remembered that we are dust. He remembered because when He came to save us, we were on our way, doomed for eternal destruction.
If we are obedient to the power of the Holy Spirit, we can experience God's amazing grace in metamorphosis of a sinful Adam into the perfect Christ.

God's Richness
If I ever wanted anything at all, I will always ask my heavenly Father in Christ Jesus, my Saviour.
I asked for food because I haven't eaten for 3 days and my Lord and my God sent someone with food. I have asked for a variety of things and told my Saviour why I wanted and needed them. If my Saviour approved of what I asked, a friend or a stranger will come along and gave them to me; but never once had I received anything monetary.
I believed that's faith in my Creator, my heavenly Father in Christ Jesus, my Saviour. And the reason why money was never a part of God's providence could be that He wouldn't want me to hope in money. And moreover money is never something godly. Money is something from the world.
My hope and trust is always in Jesus my Lord and Saviour.
God's providence is always from His richness.
You may chose to believe otherwise!

Aiyah! Why You So Stupid Wan?
Human wisdom cannot comprehend the ways of the Almighty Lord God of Israel. God's wisdom is foolishness to man. Likewise, man's wisdom is foolishness to the Mighty God, Creator of heaven and earth and everything in it.
The teaching of Jesus instructing man to love their enemies is foolishness to man. But it pleases God when we are obedient to this teaching. Don't joke lah! I see him I want to kill him liao and you tell me to love him?
When someone hit you on the right cheek, offer your left cheek too! If he hit me on my right cheek, I punched all his teeth out leh!
Invite to meals those who could never repay you. Every time also I pay wan! Eh! Next time don't call him anymore lah! Don't be stupid lah, you belanja him he could not belanja you back wan!
When you give to someone in need, don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Wah! Today I give charity RM100! If I give one million, can you arranged for press conference ka? Today I help So And So. If I don't help him, he sure die wan!
Herculean task?
Not exactly true.
Humble before the Almighty God, Father of our Saviour Jesus and asked Him to send the Holy Spirit to help you. Yes, we only need to ask. The burden to carry out the task belonged to Jesus, our Saviour.
" Aiyah! Abraham, don't be stupid lah! How can God asked you to sacrifice Isaac after He gifted Isaac to you when you are 100 years old? Cannot be lah! It don't make sense leh! "
" Ah! Shepherd boy 12 years old killed Goliath ka? How can? The boy no experience wor! "
" Are you sure or not? Jesus the Son of the Living God came to suffer and die for us who are sinners? Sure or not? Eh! where you hear wan? "
So, it means if I am a Christian I no longer live lor? I must surrender my life and trust Jesus to help me in the power of the Holy Spirit. My human wisdom cannot please God anymore mar!

Different Love!
Different love?
What do I meant?
Can the love in us love enemies? And why not?
Wow! That is some questions!
Today I realized about the difference between our type of love with God's.
Our love can never love our enemies. Only the type that belongs to God filled by the Holy Spirit can do that. Similarly with words. Apparently those spoken only by Jesus are filled with living power.
What do I meant?
The difference:
Buddha says, "Come to me, I love you!" and Jesus, our Lord Saviour says the same. Now, who would you chose to go to?
Remember our Lord reminded us in Matthew 23:8-10 that we have only One Father in heaven and One Teacher.
When we were still sinners, our heavenly Father came to die for us. Only a true Father who created us out of His own hands can love like that.
And He has filled us with that same love to love those who sin against Him.
Would you want God's free gift of salvation for your enemies? Do you love them enough to pray for God's grace and mercy in His unfailing to work through you for these people?
Would you allow God's agape love to live in you in the Holy Spirit to touch the lives of sinners?
Do you want to do His will?

Why Eve?
Our Creator, the God of Israel, Father of our Saviour Jesus never intended for us to walk alone through life- that's why He created friends to surround us. Our Abba Father purpose these special friends to grace our life, to walk with us......
Friendship did not result overnight. Friends are the product of many years of being together through thick and thin. Friends are people whose hearts interlocked, making us One in strength to help us persevere.
Friends are people who dare to fly with you, soaring high, reaching out for dreams and hope. Friends are people who will be with us together when we stumbled. They are there with us in celebration and in tears.
Friends are those who will dry each others tears and picked you up, carry you when you fall.
Friends are not just people who are always there to help us. Friends is a relationship that grow in us a sense of confidence whereby in the relationship as friends we are always wanting, willing, and ever ready to help.
Above all, friends is a gift from our heavenly Father to each other.
Thank you Father for such a beautiful gift.

Thank God! Man Is Not Controlling The Sun/Son?
If man could control the sun, they will be selling you sunshine!
Thank God, man is not controlling the Son otherwise (maybe) only Bill Gates goes to heaven!
With God, the Creator everything is free.
Every time when I recall how much money man goes around collecting to build their church, I will silently snide and sneered at it.
Our Lord and Saviour commanded us to build His Church and not our church. It cost nothing to build God's church which is man. All that our LORD wanted us to do is simply to share with everyone we meet about His beloved begotten Son, Jesus our Saviour. Salvation is a free gift from God who owned it (just so if you have forgotten about it).
Yet, man has set up institutions to teach how to reach out to save people. What a joke!
Salvation is foolishness to those who are destined for destruction but those who are revealed it's gift knows that it's the power of the cross.
If without the Holy Spirit, we can never confessed that Jesus Christ is the Saviour, how then can anyone knows Christ Jesus if God, the Father didn't personally choose them?
Can anyone does the work of God without the Holy Spirit?
If God is doing His own work through us, then how do we equate with the collection of money for His own work?
If someday, I finally decided to stand up and be prepared to do God's will, does it signify that my inclination also comes with a liberty to collect a certain fee whilst discharging what God, Himself is doing through me?
When was the last time you remembered paying for something that comes from our heavenly Father?
Our Saviour Jesus' concern is the poor so why are men consistently insisting on a levy for everything connected to the kingdom? Our heavenly Father will never burden His children financially and laboriously! Would you as earthly father?

Stand Out Of Line And Be Noticed!
What is a Christian?
Can I deduced that a Christian is someone who has given up his earthly life and hence live his earthly life powered by the Holy Spirit? A Christian is a new person!
A Christian is a person who stands out of line. A Christian is a person whose lifestyle is above that of man. A Christian is a son of the living God.
The Father has gifted every son who belong to Him His own Spirit, the Holy Spirit to guard and assist in his earthly life.
Because a Christian is a son of the living God, he must be significantly different. A Christian lifestyle must bear fruits of the Holy Spirit to stand out among the ordinary.
If you love only the people who love you, you will get no reward. Even the tax collector do that. And if you are nice only to your friends, you are no better than other people. Even those who don't know God are nice to their friends. So you must be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:46-48
Christians are asked to be different. Christians are gifted with God's Spirit to help them live their life above those of ordinary man with extraordinary feats. Ordinary man do not have the gift of the Holy Spirit. Christians have the "extra" Spirit above the ordinary. Extra+ Ordinary.
The person equipped and taught by man does the things of man while the person equipped and taught by the Holy Spirit does the things of God. A person who live independent of the Holy Spirit cannot live his earthly life to please God, the Father.
Pause here and re-examine your Christian life. Take a few steps back and look at your true self and asked whether your earthly life truly resemble your Saviour Jesus Christ?
No?
Then, don't hesitate further, kneel and asked the Holy Spirit for help!
Can I deduced that a Christian is someone who has given up his earthly life and hence live his earthly life powered by the Holy Spirit? A Christian is a new person!

When A Servant Is Greater Than A Master
Many of us wanted to be Jesus, many more inclined to give up everything, including their life to be Him. Ironically, we are not prepared to live like Him? We only wanted to be Jesus, yet we are not willing to live the exemplary life He taught us. ~sigh~
The answers above is a result of my own findings when I posed this question to many "Christians". Everyone, without hesitation affirmed positively with a big yes that they loved the honor behind being Jesus.
Would you agree with me that there's always a hint of pomposity in leadership? And that humility in servanthood garnered more respect than "arrogance" in leadership. What I meant is people revere humility more than pomposity. I can hear murmuring that my statement is not true. Leadership itself is arrogance! Philippians 2:3 provides an excellent challenge!
The reason everyone wanted to be Jesus could be because Jesus commanded authority and many of us lust hideously for that glamour. Just like a designer's brand, we are only interested in the name. But we have forgotten that it's the work, the blood, sweat and tears behind the glamorous name! Philippians 2:5 outlined with details how Jesus was exalted because of what He did.
Humility exudes love. Humility without the love ingredient cannot work on its own. Love must be alive in humility to fulfill its purpose. When our heavenly Father gave Jesus Christ, a son He dearly loved to us at the cross, I am sure its because He was filled with overwhelming love for us that drove Him to humble Himself for us. Remember He is the Almighty God, the Creator! God, our Father humbled Himself as a son of man to die for us so that we can be sons of the living God.
So how can we be Jesus when we are not primed to live out His character? After all it's the character that's behind a name!
Are you prepared to be persecuted, prosecuted and executed in innocence?
Simpler task? How about washing feets, loving the unloved, forgiving those who hurt us, sharing what we have and (not what we don't want!).
It's sad that many of us never see our Lord Jesus as He is, we only see Him as we are!

Against The World
I supposed most of us know what is truth; except we never accepted it.
So, what is truth?
I'll explained it as such....
We all know that nothing belongs to us. We came into the world empty handed. Everything is a blessing from God, Father and Creator of us.
We all know that we are instruments of God. God uses us to do His work.
We all know that we must be obedient to God's commands. God, our heavenly Father has gifted the Holy Spirit to succour hopeless sinners like you and me to live our earthly lives to please Him.
We know, right?
Now, one day, the Holy Spirit convicted our hearts and compel us to do something that our wisdom cannot comprehend example: God gave you a son when you are 100 years old and 7 years later, He demanded your son to be sacrificed to Him. Or you have only RM50 in your pocket and you were sensitive to the Holy Spirit's instruction to give everything to a person seated next to you. How do you respond to the above 2 circumstances?
To ignore will mean you know the truth but you reject the truth because it doesn't make any sense to you?
To be obedient will mean you are living in the truth, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide your heart. Romans 8:14 says that those who are lead by the Spirit of God are truly sons of the living God.
Living in God's truth will mean living against the desires of this world because the world are lies. It equates to living against the common sense of mankind because God's wisdom and ways are above man.
When you know the truth, the truth shall set you free!
Are you free?
So, what is truth?

The Prodigal Son
I overheard many times people exchanging opinions about whether we were born sinners or we were born into sin. Which belief is right?
I am for we were birth into sin and not the other. Why? Simply because I believe we were created out of a perfect pair of hands, the hands of our Creator, the perfect God, Father.
Our Creator created us as perfect people (that's why children are pure and blameless), place us into an imperfect world, allow us to be corrupted by its imperfection and by the free will given to us our Creator hope we will turned to Him, acknowledged Him as Saviour who came to rescue us from imperfection and by the gifting of the power of the Holy Spirit, we will live obediently to His guidance, to return us perfect into the Father's arms!
We are perfect because we originate out of His perfect hands. No one can cleanse our tainted being except our own Father. And only His blood is powerful enough to do the job. Yes! The only way back to Him is through Him in His Son, our Saviour Jesus.
Yes, Jesus is the Way because He is the only way who came from the Father and knows the way back to Him.
Jesus is the Truth because He is truth and He is the only true God; He is truly our Father.
Jesus is the Life because He alone lives forever, He has neither beginning or end. He is eternal and His children will live forever with Him.
To desire salvation is to desire to be with our True Father.
Father, I hate the world! I desired to return to you. Amen!

CORRUPTION, THE CULPRIT
I just couldn't resist joining other bloggers sharing their views on the issues of fines for various traffic offences in Malaysia.
Its not whether the fines were RM50 or RM200 or RM1000. Its not about how much the fines should be. Its about corruption in the system. Its about a disorganized, chaotic, unsystematic department. Offenders are not fearful of whatever fines, summons and punishment the authorities pronounced on them because the authorities are tardy and ineffective meting out the punishment due to its disorganized characteristics.
I am curious, as a tax payer why were there no plans to improve? I mean all these years?
An offender could still changed the road tax and license without problems.
If a person is penalized for an offence, they could pay their way out by corrupting the officer.
Frequently we read in newspaper headlines that the authorities will be coming hard on offenders and the all out arrest at the homes of offenders. But what happened? Except for a lot of hoo-ha on the first two days of operation to arrest these offenders from their homes, we don't hear of anything else after that.
The problem is people have no more respect for the authorities concerned due to their half past six attitude of carrying out their duties. I am cocksure offenders will actually challenged the authorities to arrest them in their homes knowing very well they will never turned up.
It is a mockery to read about VCD peddlers beating up the authorities, people tearing up their summons or crumble up the summons and throw it away in front of the issuing officer, criminals making claims that they could walk off scot free as long as some form of payment is made etc.
Even my grandfather and grandmother is laughing from their grave!
Our laws are going haywire or what?
Or has corruption elevated to an uncontrollable level causing the people losing respect for the authorities?
I think its time Badawi sit down with all his boys to discuss about how to eliminate corruption totally from the system. There must be a way to do this!
Maybe its time to kneel and ask the Almighty God how?

A Peaceful World If Only....................
Every evening, the kids in my neighborhood comprising various races, played together in harmony. These kids are the best witness to what Merdeka is all about. These kids don't understand what racialism is all about. They have no discernment of color, language or religion among themselves. Everyone is their best friends. They may fight, argue and quarrel and the occasional declaration of "I DON'T FRIEND YOU" statement, but they make up before you even realized they had fought.
The secret is simply because politics does not exist in their lifestyle. They don't have politicians sowing negative and sensitive sentiment into them. Politicians are the culprits of all forms of conflicts.
Children are innocent, pure and truthful. Their minds are not tainted with any influence of evil. Their friendship are not pretentious, deceitful or dishonest. They don't go to bed planning how to destroy their friends the next day. Children go to bed with pleasant thoughts hoping to meet their friends the following day, enjoying each other's company.
Politics exist because many people do not have a mind of their own to live life. They needed someone who is known as a politician to tell them what is right and wrong, who are our friends and who are our enemies! These people surrendered their minds as playgrounds to politicians. The greatest irony is every few years we elect these idiots or more correctly term as mongoloids, the retard to act for us and then complained about them!
On a similar note, children too will become cautious of the friends they socialize because parents cautioned them about who their friends are. Parents play the role of a mentally corrupt politician in the house when their way of judging their children's friends becomes extreme and unjustified. In the adult world, politicians were elected to represent the voice of the underprivileged people, fighting for their needs and not abused the responsibility entrust to them.
C'mon people, are you saying that God gifted the likes of Mahathir, Badawi, Bush, Blair, with bigger and juicier brains to think and act for us?
Parents and the government are bestowed with a responsibility to care of our welfare. The children and the people look to them as angels to guard and protect them, not as devils to maltreat them.
Simply put, the world is definitely more peaceful and a better place to live in if politics doesn't exist. But the irony is we created these politicians because we are so apprehensive in confronting the many issues of our daily lives. We elect someone to represent us and we condemned them for cheating us!

The Church of Men Or The Church of God?
Allow me to pose a question bluntly: Do we build God's church with money or with love?
Jesus Christ's death on the cross was the result of a Father's overwhelming love for His lost children.
When we build God's church with money, we build it with pride. But if we build God's church with love, we build it with humility. Money builds building, love builds relationship! Money is of the world whilst love is of the Living Creator. God deals with love, man deals with money. God's solution is to apply love, men uses money.
I discovered God's mysterious truth not by any research work I did or through my intelligence rather the Holy Spirit showed it to me. Perhaps it is finally time to work, time to tell the world at large what's been hidden from them: Truth!
Christians are so hypocritical about their hunger for the truth yet we never love it when it confronted us. I was always wondering whether God's truth is elusive of us or perhaps we were evasive of it.
Billions of Christians goes to a kind of service each week to listen to sermons supposedly interpreted to be messages God spoke through men. Missionaries traveled throughout the world to built Churches to bring people together to listen to them preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Saviour, the only begotten Son of the Living God who came to die on the cross, bringing hope to those who chose to trust Him to forgive all their wrong doings and hoped to be reconciled to the Creator, the heavenly Father someday. This could be how the Church was born.
From a simple commandment by our Saviour to go preach about Him, events took a dramatic change throughout the centuries. Church became a kind of idol of men. Instead of caring, loving people and building people to draw them nearer to the Father, men now directed their focus to their Church, a building. Hmm..the deception in misconception...the alluring lies of the Devil crept slowly into us. The building which is a man's church slowly replaces God's church, the people.
As men's church grew bigger and richer, God's church shrink smaller and poorer.
The distraction draws our concern for people to our pride to protect the building. God's church which is a living body comprising of God's children is now non living and consist of bricks. The children of the Living Creator is now nothing more than just blocks of bricks. The welfare of God's children are neglected while importance and attention were directed at the building.
Instead of love, care, kindness, patience, and all the giftings of the Holy Spirit to build a church which is people, pride, selfishness and money replaces the goodness of God to build men's church which is a building.
Without love which is an essence of God, the Father in Jesus Christ our Lord, its impossible to build God's church which is people, created out of His own hands. And how do we express love? By spoken words or spoken words accompanied by deeds?
The contemporary church of men today is constructed with money rather than love.
I wished to echo this statement strongly: Building God's church which is people demand every essence of God's goodness. Without the demonstrations of Jesus Christ humility, love, self control, kindness, forgiveness and the help of the Holy Spirit, its absolutely impossible to bring God's lost children back into His loving embrace.
It's just not about a building! Its about a partnership with Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit to help our Creator, heavenly Father realized His will, to bring salvation to men. Its about overcoming the evil world with God's goodness. Its about overcoming darkness with His light. Its about overcoming deceptions and lies with God's truth.
Jesus' death at Calvary brought hope to God's lost children that someday He shall returned to reconcile those who confessed Him as the Saviour, knitting every believer into His own body, to form the Church of the Living God.
How do you perceived God's Church to be? Do you have the exclusive truth of God, setting you free from lies and deception?
Do you serve God by going to a church that is a building or a church that is God's lost children? When going to a church that is a building, are the services you rendered directed to men or to God?
I wonder which act will please God, the Father?
In conclusion, I can hear many of you murmuring whether I am suggesting that the Church which is a building should not be built? No! I am writing about God's truth which is to care and love after those He has redeemed by the blood of His precious Son, our Saviour Jesus! I am suggesting that people should be building God's church which are people first. The church which we spent millions building, are there any poor, hungry, sick, homeless, in it? Who are looking after these people? Who are caring for them? Any concern about them? God's children must be attended first because they were created by the Creator's own hands and the Father wants each one back into His own loving arms someday!
The Father looked down from His heavenly throne grieved because while millions are spent building a church which is a building, none was spared building the lives of His church, which are His children, created out of His own hands!
God says, " I want mercy, not sacrifices! "
Jesus Christ's death on the cross was the result of a Father's overwhelming love for His lost children.

From A Distance
From a distance the world looks blue and green
And the snow-capped mountains white
From a distance the ocean meets the stream
And the eagle takes to flight
From a distance there is harmony
And it echoes through the land
It's the voice of hope
It's the voice of peace
It's the voice of every man
From a distance we all have enough
And no one is in need
And there are no guns, no bombs and no disease
No hungry mouths to feed
From a distance we are instruments
Marching in a common land
Playing songs of hope
Playing songs of peace
They're the songs of every man
God is watching us
God is watching us
God is watching us from a distance
From a distance you look like my friend
Even though we are at war
From a distance I just cannot comprehend
What all this fighting is for
From a distance there is harmony
And it echoes through the land
And it's the hope of hope
It's the love of love
It's the heart of every man (every man)
It's the hope of hope
It's the love of love
This is the song of every man
And God is watching us
God is watching us
God is watching us from a distance
Oh, God is watching us
God is watching
God is watching us from a distance

The Priceless Seconds
I am not sure how much just a second means to you? As for me, it sure meant a lot. A second ago, I belonged to the world. The next second I made the most important decision in my life, I acknowledged Jesus Christ as my God, Lord and Saviour. By that decision, I have placed my hope and trust in Jesus to return someday to bring me safely home to my Father, my Creator.
Oh! the essence of a second. How much I would want to luxuriate and savour it. Oh! how I wanted to treasure those seconds, the reluctance of allowing it to tick away without filling it with some valuable memories. Each second, are priceless depending whose hope is in it.
Don't take every second for granted. Value it because every second is a gift from God. The next second may not see us breathing anymore. It is just a second that separates us from something. It could mapped us a whole new destiny. Value the seconds, value your choices.
Just a second ago, I was on earth, next I realized I was standing outside the gates of heaven or hell depending on the choices I made, only a second ago.
The difference of just a second could change everything.
The list is never ending. Every second does makes all the difference. Every second counts. Seconds are so significant, without it time will come to a stand still. Without the seconds, we will never have the minutes, the hour, the day, the week, the months and the years.
Don't just stand there and watch the seconds tick and waste away. Make every second counts. Make every second bear fruits in the choices you made.
Know and understand the importance of seconds. Each second lost is lost forever as God only gifted us 86,400 seconds each day!
Learn to appreciate the seconds. Ask the person who is about to die. Ask the person on death row. Ask the person waiting for help. Ask the athlete who misses out by just a fraction of a second to set a new Olympic record in the 100 meters final. Don't waste the seconds. Someday you will want to make it count. Ask those who know their seconds. They will tell you stories.
When you are not aware, the next second could spell the end of everything. Are you prepared for the next second?
Jesus Christ may be back!
Oh! the essence of a second.

Diversity Unites, Uniformity Divides
The human body is an obvious magnum opus of the Creator. No man born of the dust can fathomed the awe-inspiring masterpiece of God's creation of you, me and the living earth. Its amazing how the body in its multifarious assortment of organs works harmoniously, functioning perfectly, to keep alive the body. That is on condition no interference to its original order. Any modification to its original order will lead to malfunction. Each organ, despite its size and significance, plays a unique role to ensure a flawless accomplishment whilst discharging its responsibility. It leaves no room for any form of error. The result could be fatal, if not painful and unpleasant. Try prickling any of your fingers with a needle. Imagine the horror if every body part is the same.
A 52 piece orchestra is another example of how diversity worked amicably in unity to display a splendid performance. Albeit unintelligible, we are astounded by how a diverse group of musicians performed to produce a piece of music. Any guesses what melody a 51 piece orchestra plays? Isn't it awesome how a variety of musical instruments blend in to produce a breathtaking unique melody. Imagine the horror of having 52 musicians trying to churn out a melody from playing the same instrument.
Sport teams comprises a certain number of players with different roles. Each player, despite its different role, execute an unselfish aspiration to triumph in the game. Sometimes when a player is sent off or suspended as a penalty for foul play, the team's performance will be affected. Imagine the horror if every player subscribe to the same role in a game.
A box of puzzles with a thousand different pieces connecting to form a bigger picture. How do one complete a puzzle if every puzzle piece is the same.
If we were to observe and examine closely other forms of activities and life surrounding us, we will conclude that diversity produces extraordinary results of unity while uniformity disappoint us with divisions.
Have you ever marvel at the multifarious life forms of the animal kingdom, insects, birds and sea creatures or even the human race?
The myth about soul mates culminating fairy tales finale therefore is improbable. Studies revealed that the relationships of couples sharing homogeneous interest usually fizzle out soon because of boredom. A note of caution to those pursuing love mates; like in magnets, same poles repel, while opposite attracts. I personally ruminated about this love relationship phenomenon for a long time and deduced that there's endless fun learning and discovering each other from relationships with opposite personalities.
I always have this notion that Almighty God created a diverse life form so that He can established unity by His Omnipotent love. Observe how through diversity, life forms work corporately to achieve unity. The examples of how the different body parts function in unity to keep a body alive, the assortment of instruments used in an orchestra to produce a harmonious melody, the triumphant sport team who played with unselfish commitment, the significant missing puzzle piece endorsed the fact that diversity unites.
So in conclusion, I believe that Almighty Creator, and Father of our Saviour Christ Jesus, desire us to triumph over our diverse differences by His Omnipotent love for a harmonious relationship resulting from His love for us in Jesus on the cross.
Amen and amen, the cross, with God's Only begotten Son, our Saviour Jesus nailed to it, overflow with mercy, grace and unfailing love is God's way to unite His diverse children to Himself.

Experiencing Grace In Unfailing Love
I am cheerless and dispirited since yesterday when a brother in Christ, a habitual drug abuser under my guardianship was apprehended by the authorities. He was found to possess 15g of heroin with intention to traffic. The offence is punishable by death or life imprisonment. He was apprehended in Penang on Sunday while on the pretext of visiting his parents.
I am lamenting now whether I did enough supervising him. He is a born again; he was saved and baptized 3 years ago. He is 52. He stayed with us, occupying the downstairs room.
Besides him, I also contribute food to an organization sheltering ex drug addicts, prostitutes, the aged, and homeless. The organization is tended by laymen and laywomen. I also make visits thrice weekly to nursery homes for elderly folks dumped by their own children. I shared the Good News with them and prayed with them. I also care for 2 vagrants around the Kelana Jaya neighborhood. Certain days I tapau chup fun and ate with them.
I totally misunderstood God's intention when I thought He used me to partner Him in His work; He was actually using these episodes to teach me.
Honestly, I am humbled by these responsibilities from God, our heavenly Father and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. I learned and discovered a lot about life and myself. I overcame selfishness, arrogance, patience and a lot of other detestable traits of the sinful me. In the process I assimilated what's like to allow God's grace, the same grace that saved me, to work through me.
Each assignment was a Herculean struggle. I tolerated cruel remarks and ridicule about my sincerity to be a part of God's plan to demonstrate His amazing grace at work. Undaunted, I persevered. I blistered my knees kneeling and sought Jesus for help. Without my Saviour, its mission impossible. I celebrated joyously each time I emerged victoriously in my test because I worked without any form of resources.
Initially, I thought it was a cruel joke from God. I was struggling with finances then, after losing almost everything in my book distribution business. Adrian and Melissa were still school going. Fortunately, God used my sister to help us.
Honestly, right up to this very second, my daily expenditure are sustained by God's kind provision and providence. Every day is a miracle because in my predicament, God provided everything to support His work, lest I boasted and claimed recognition for His work.
As I conclude, I could feel the cheery spirit slowly making its way back into its humble abode.

About Rehabilitation and Grace
Rehabilitation is man's way to allow someone to undergo restoration to return to normal lives. God's way is through His grace accompanied by His mercy and unfailing love.
Sometimes a person rehabilitate in prison for his bad choice of lifestyle. Others may rehabilitate in a hospital for their illnesses. Drugs and alcohol abusers may seek help at certain support groups or centers providing such services. The obvious reason is because these people wanted to return to a normal life.
Salvation is the beginning of a rehabilitation plan, a program initiated by God. Salvation is the beginning of God's grace working in us in the power of the Holy Spirit. It's God's plan in His wonderful grace at work in metamorphosis from the sinful Adam to the sinless Christ. God's grace is patient and merciful in His unfailing love. God's grace in the Holy Spirit will continue to live in us until we are totally transformed. God's grace promises results that His seed will bear fruit for His honor and glory.
When Billy sought accommodation in my home, I welcome him without the slightest hesitation. Billy, just released from rehabilitation from a drug center has nowhere to go. I was the only good friend on his mind when he walked out from the center. He assured me he had changed. He has been a drug abuser for more than twenty years. He had hope that by living with me, he could stay away from his habit. More important, he hope that he could live in the presence of Christ with me.
Old habits die hard. A leopard never changes its spots. A wolf in sheep's clothing. These are some of man's opinions, unkind remarks and perhaps condemnation when we retort in anger and frustration because a certain person didn't really complete his repentance. We failed to be great shepherd for the Almighty God when we failed to exercise patience, self control and unfailing love over those God gave us to look after. We forgot that its God in Jesus in the Holy Spirit at work through us.
After twenty years undergoing rehabilitation, Billy occasionally sneaked off for his old habit. A friend who caught Billy in the act reported to me and asked me to rid him from my home for fear of any harm to my children or theft of my things. I smiled at my friend whom I understood was concerned for my family's safety by explaining to him about how wonderful God's grace was at work in our lives. I explained to him that grace is allowing a person time to repent. If God's grace were to stop working, then all of us will be going to hell. Grace is at work until it accomplished its purpose in us for our heavenly Father.
Perhaps we have forgotten that the cross was our Father's plan to rehabilitate us? Perhaps we have forgotten that we are all equal before the Almighty God; we are merely sinners. Without God's wonderful grace, we are but just a piece of filthy rag. How sad and sorrowful that we have forgotten that it was grace that saved the wretch in us. How sad and sorrowful that instead of allowing God's grace to work in us to accommodate a sinner's repentance, we pronounced judgement on them.
The reason why Jesus kept reminding us to forgive and love each other is because as it encouraged us, it also helps us to grow His grace in us.
We must ask the Holy Spirit to help us overcome our weaknesses like anger, bitterness, resentment, jealousy, unforgivingness to prevent evil from breeding. Our weaknesses are fertile grounds to breed evil. Hence, God's objective in gifting the Holy Spirit to us was to help check and halt our new life from degenerating.
God's grace represent forgiveness. Jesus taught us to forgive those who sin against us seventy seven times seven times a day. Are we allowing God to live in us in the Holy Spirit to help us do that everyday for those who sinned against us? Are we patient like our Saviour to allow grace to work in our repentance? While we want grace to work in us, are we allowing grace to work through us?
We must allow God's rehabilitation plan to help everyone repent in His grace.

FATMOM?
As I was walking down the stairs, I glimpsed something on the dining table. I approached the 'big package' which has a note stuck to it by a pin. It was addressed to someone named FatMom. Hmm! What a weird name to call someone!
Suddenly out of nowhere, my three children were standing around me. They were giggling away. "Dad! The package is yours and so is the note. C'mon, open it and read what we want you to know", beamed the three of them.
Dearest FatMom,
Dad, we addressed you as FatMom because of your dual role in our life since mom left us. We want you to know how grateful we are for bringing us up with love, the love that Jesus our Lord had filled your heart. We know that someday when we looked back, our life with our children and grandchildren will be a daily celebration of you.
WE THANK YOU: For each morning trying to wake us up for school. For the always scrumptious breakfast. For the pocket allowance to school, even though we know some days it was a struggle for you. For making sure we have the best meals each day. For trying your very best to give us the best in life. For those nights where you regaled us with tales of your teenage years and living righteously. For teaching us to do our laundries, make up our beds, mopping the floors, ironing our clothing and cooking our own meals. Thank you for all these lessons equipping us to be ready for independence. Though someday we may be living apart from you, your presence in our life will be these lessons you taught us.
We will always remember you reminding us of the 6.5 billion people beyond the threshold of our house. That if we cannot live in peace and love with 4 people in the house, we're going to face an uphill task with 6.5 billion people outside our home. You taught us to love each other, be forgiving, have self control, understanding humility, be kind and many more other good attitudes. When we possessed right attitudes, we are ready to conquer the world.
Dad, though our lives may not be well furnished with the things from this world, we are thankful to Jesus for furnishing our hearts with His love!
Thank you for those days when you would not compromised with our tantrums and ludicrous demands. Thank you for helping us to overcome our reticence and talked to you openly about our personal problems.
THANK YOU DAD, for teaching us to live our lives the way God our Father in Jesus Christ wanted it. We thank you for teaching us about the simple things in life such as being kind to the less fortunate, and to love everyone as our very own brothers and sisters because we were all created in the image of our heavenly Father. Thank you for reminding us to love with good deeds from the heart and not just by spoken words.
Thank you dad, for explaining to us about wisdom and foolishness. We scrawled these lessons into our hearts remembering that worldly wisdom is foolishness to God and godly wisdom is foolishness to man. That we are to live to please our Saviour Jesus and not man. For teaching us to listen to our hearts. And we can do everything in the power of the Holy Spirit; when we walked in fellowship with our Saviour.
Dad, today as we celebrate Mother's Day, we are confident to live in the world our heavenly Father placed us. We are confident of a victorious life because God in Jesus has gifted us with His Spirit to help us.
Thank you dad for fulfilling your responsibilities as FatMom to articulate how we must live our lives, not for ourselves but for Jesus who came to die for us.
Last but not least, we thank the Lord Jesus for those most difficult days when you lost everything in your business because those days are the best days. Those were the days we lived in His Presence.
* Dad, we want you to know the truth; your chicken stew taste awful! Maybe you should get everything right before you do it again. Sorry!
WE LOVE YOU DAD!
Your Children in Christ Jesus Forever, Kenneth, Adrian and Melissa.
By the time I finished reading, the note was falling apart from the soaking of my tears.
Adrian told me not to worry as he can print out another one!
I look up towards heaven, managed a wink and said, "Thank you Jesus!"
Suddenly out of nowhere, my three children were standing around me. They were giggling away. "Dad! The package is yours and so is the note. C'mon, open it and read what we want you to know", beamed the three of them.

About being nice, kind and love
A person who is nice may not be kind but a kind person is both.
In todays dog eat dog world, I guessed everyone knows what is to be nice. What about being kind?
We don't need the Holy Spirit to help us be nice but we do need Him to help us be kind. Kindness belongs to God, the Creator of heaven and earth. Kindness is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. When we chose to live independent of Jesus, we cannot be a witness for His kindness. Without the power of the Holy Spirit to help us, its impossible to be kind. Kindness require love, the type of love that is from Christ. Without love in kindness, then kindness is as bland as food without flavoring.
Being nice is a natural instinct of man. Kindness is a distinction of God's presence in our life. Being nice is natural of man, whereas kindness is a gift from God. All of us has no difficulty to be nice, but without God in the Holy Spirit, its impossible to be kind.
When I asked my daughter, Melissa, whether she is kind enough to give some of her clothes away to an orphanage, she answered me like this, "Yup! You can have all those that I don't need anymore!"
I replied her with this answer which I guessed caused her to pause a moment to think deeply, "Hey! When you give something you don't want anymore, you are giving away rubbish! Mummy want you to think about this because I want you to ask Jesus to help you share His love in you."
Later that night, she walked into my room holding a big box of everything she wanted to give away. I couldn't hold back my tears but just allow them to flow freely down my face. "Mum, this is a full box of my love for the children at the orphanage. I prayed and asked Jesus to help me share everything that I have with these children at the sheltered homes. When you left me this morning, I realized its love they need, not what I give."
She walked up to me and hugged me tightly and whispered, "Mum, thanks for teaching me to know what is kindness and love. I will teach the same to my children someday. The world will be a better place because we know what is to be kind when we love. Thanks! Mum!"
When Melissa left my room, I fell on my knees, clasping my hands, and thank Jesus, "My Lord and my God, thank you Jesus for teaching me to be kind and to fathom your love that you have filled my heart. Help me each day to live by the fruits of your Spirit that people may know that You are in me. Thank you my beloved Saviour!"
John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Our heavenly Father did not just gave His Son to us, He gave us His love in His Son! In His love in His Son, we have everlasting life. Our Father did not held back His love from us when He went to die on the cross for all our wrongdoing because His love for us overwhelmed Him. Thank you my Lord and my God, in Christ Jesus, my Saviour! Thank you!

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW THE LORD
As the Da Vinci movie gets ready to hit the cinemas across the globe, Christian teachers and pastors scrambled to explain the hidden lies within.
When I was approached to share my views, I only have this to say, "I did not read the book at all." Its because my relationship with my Saviour is so strongly bonded that I don't need anything to distract me to question my Lord's authenticity. I believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Only Begotten Son of the Living Father who came to die for me. I am trusting Him and awaits His return to bring me safely home to be with my heavenly Father.
Because I have tasted His agape love at the cross for me, I shut myself to the Devil's lies about my Saviour!
How well do you know your Lord Saviour Jesus? Have you never experienced Him at work in your life that you doubted Him? What's your reason when you acknowledged Him as your Lord Saviour? Was it for an everlasting relationship as children to the Almighty Loving Father or was there an ulterior motive? What do you really want?
When you doubted the One who came to love you and died on the cross to save you from a fiery end, then you don't really know who your Saviour is. Surely you can trust a person who died in your place to free you from the wrath of the Almighty Father.
Its a shame that those who claimed to be children of God, are mingling with non believers, questioning about our Lord's perfect life while He was on earth. These are fake Christians! These are people who have never experienced the mercy, grace and unfailing love of the Almighty Father in His Son, our Lord Saviour Jesus. These are people who betrayed the trust the Lord has in them when He carried the cross all the way to Calvary for their sake. These are people who confessed that Jesus Christ is Lord then doubted Him. (This paragraph does not speak to those who are young Christians)
The children of the awesome Almighty I AM must stand firm in their faith that Jesus Christ is Lord Saviour and Redeemer. As children of the Almighty Father, Creator of heaven and earth and everything thats in it, we must stand firm in our faith until our Saviour returned to bring us safely home to the Father. We must not allow our minds to be the Devil's playground. We must proclaim our Lord's love on the cross until He return.
Do not allow anything earthly to distract you from your focus on Lord Jesus Christ, the perfect Son of the Living Father.
May the power of the Holy Spirit lives in you to help you KEEP THE FAITH!
May the power of the Holy Spirit keep our relationship with our Saviour safe from the Devil's deceit and lies.
May the grace of the Almighty Father in our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ be with us until we see Him again soon.

God, Can I Borrow Your Hammer
Can sinners do anything good? Can dust live without the breath of God, the Creator? Can clay mould themselves without the Potter? Could Jesus be nailed on the cross if God had not driven those nails with His hammers? Without the power of the Holy Spirit, can man who are sinners and was created from dust glorify the Living God of Israel?
Genesis 22:8, and Abraham said, my son, God will provide Himself a Lamb for a burnt offering. Genesis 22:14, and Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh (God Who Will Provide).
And a very beautiful prayer from King David thanking the Lord for the Temple that Solomon was asked to build. 1 Chronicles 29: 14, but who am I and who are my people that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you and we give you only what you have already given us! and verse 16, O Lord our God, even these materials that we have gathered to build a Temple to honor your Holy name come from you! It all belongs to you! In the earlier verses King David acknowledged before his people that God is the source of everything.
We may be rich with lots of money, but if God did not gift you with His riches of a generous heart, you could not give anything out of your riches. The riches of God is in the giving and not in what you have. We may have all the nails, but we need to borrow the hammer from God.
If God don't build His Temple, we cannot build it for Him. God remember that we are dust, but apparently we have forgotten that we are dust! If it is not God's will, whatever you do, you labor in vain. Jesus himself reminded us in John 15:5, for apart from me, you cannot bear fruits on your own.
Jesus death on the cross was God's will that His Son die to reconcile God's sinful children to Himself. We may have all the nails, without the hammer you cannot complete the job.
If you have lots of money and wanted to have a charitable heart, ask God to gift you with His riches of a generous heart.
Remember that we are but dust. If we chose to live apart from Jesus, we can do nothing on our own. If it is not God's will, you labor in vain. If you wanted something done, ask your heavenly Father to put it in His will.

Don't Judge The Inner Spirit By The Outer Physical Being
Each time someone open its mouth and spewed out the wrong thing, I found myself something to write about.
A friend came by and took me out for coffee. He was relating to me about his recent thorough medical check up and the thumbs up result from the report! He was bubbling away about how healthy he was and how he had gone at length to keep it; exercise and diet and sex! I stunned him with a question and stopped him from more bubbling.
My question: How about your spiritual health? The healthy one is going back to dust someday no matter how healthy it is.....its the one that's going to heaven or hell you need to worry. There was complete silence. I drove the next 15 minutes peacefully to our destination.
Aren't most of us the same as this friend of mine; Christians or not. We are concerned over the wrong things in life. We are taught to disconnect ourselves from a relationship with the world.
Some smart alec will answer that we need to keep our body healthy to serve God. Its that so? Or vice versa that we should instead keep our spiritual being healthy and strong first to protect the physical body from being disintegrated. Yet, the smart alec will still defend that the physical is more important. No wonder it is said you never win in an argument.
However healthy and strong, the physical body dies and return to dust.
So don't judge the inner spirit by the outer physical being. And don't forget that we are but DUST!

If you don't die, you cannot live Part 2
Believe me! The power of the Holy Spirit is awesome in its power.
Immediately after posting my blog, the Holy Spirit was upon me to show me what I have left out in my previous message. Now you are reading part 2............
The Holy Spirit guided me to Paul's letters to the Galatians in chapter 6:14b-17, because of that cross, my interest in this world died long ago, and the world's interest in me is also long dead. It doesn't make any difference now whether we have been circumsized or not. What counts is whether we have been changed into new and different people. May God's mercy and peace be upon all those who live by this principal. They are the new people of God. From now on don't let anyone trouble me with these things. For I bear on my body the scars that show I belong to Jesus.
I love the way Paul expressed how his earthly life is dead to the world and everything that's in it. When Paul fully trusted Jesus to live for him, his interest in everything that is of the world died. And when the world realised that it could not work its charm on Paul, attracting him to its lies and deceptions (the evils of the world), it also gave up on him.
The truth of God must be present in our Christian lives. The significance of God's truth is present in our transformation ; from the sinful Adam to the perfect Christ. The Holy Spirit is always protecting us, God's children, redeemed by Jesus Christ His Son, on the cross.
Paul's evidence that he truly belongs to God was the scars he bore on his body. The scars identify him to sharing the same suffering our Saviour suffered. The scars on Paul's body identify him as one who truly is worthy to be called a son of the living God. We know that this is true because Jesus himself confirmed it in John 15:18-19, when the world hates you, remember it hated me before it hated you. The world would love you if you belonged to it, but you don't. I chose you to come out of the world, and so it hates you. The people of the world will hate you because you belong to me, for they don't know God who sent me.
Do you bore any scars on your body as evidence that you belong to Jesus? Did you suffer shame and humility because you stood up for Jesus? Were you ashamed to confess that He is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God that was born into the world to die on the cross for the sins of all men, resurrected on the third day to assure us of a hope that someday he will return to bring us all safely home to be with the Father?
Are you one who is worthy to be called a son of the living God? Do you bore any scars that he can identify you as his very own?
Finally, reach out for your Bible and open to the Gospel of according to John chapter 17 and read how much Jesus Christ loves those who belong to Him.

If you don't die, You cannot live!
Hard to digest this really because it is not sensible at all. But then this is simply a preview of how God think and work.
If we don't die to the world and everything that is of the world, how can we prove we belong to Him? Yes, God knows and examine our hearts but when our heart is not dead to the world, we can never prove ourselves to be His. And now I very much understand what it really meant that we need to die with Christ in baptism (a symbolic commitment to acknowledge our faith that Jesus is the Saviour born to us).
We need to die to the law that was given to rule us so that we can live by grace in the power of Christ.
We struggle a lot in our earthly life because of the control that the world and the Holy Spirit wanted in us. Every time when we give in to sin, the world gets stronger in us. Each time when we sin, we allow the world to live again in us. We were supposed to be dead. Each time we sin the world grows back stronger because our decision to sin give life to it. When we continue to live in sin, we walk backwards to Adam instead of moving forward to Christ, our Lord and Saviour.
Let us study and ask the Holy Spirit to grant us understanding of God's word in Roman's 6:2-4 and then read the entire chapter 6. We died to our old sinful lives, so how can we continue living with sin? Did you forget that all of us became part of Christ when we were baptized? We share his death in our baptism. When we were baptized, we were buried with Christ and shared his death. So, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the wonderful power of the Father, we also can have a new life.
Galatians 2:20 speaks to us even more clearly when it says, I was put to death on the cross with Christ and I do not live anymore....it is Christ who now lives in me. I still live in my body, but I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself to save me. Rightfully we are supposed to be dead to allow the Holy Spirit to take control of our earthly life. When we accepted Christ as the Saviour, we gave ourselves to God....we returned ourselves to God. Our baptism means we sent the sinful man back to dust and live a new life in our Saviour, sharing His ressurrection.
Yes, we must be dead to our old life so that we can be alive in the new life. The Holy Spirit is in the new life, and that is on provision we have given up our old life. The Holy Spirit do not share his indwelling in us with other spirits. The glory belongs to God and we are His creations which make us rightfully His. God will never share us with anyone because our God is a jealous God. We either belong to Him or we are not! There's no two ways about this ownership rights. The only way is to die to everything that is of this present earthly life to prove purselves that we really desire to be exclusively His.
When we submit obedience to the Holy Spirit, gifted by God to help us with our earthly lives, Jesus grows a little in each with each obedience. In due time, we will experience total transformation from Adam to Christ. Every obedience from us in the power of the Holy Spirit brings honor and glory to our heavenly Father in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
In conclusion, you need to be dead to be alive. This may not be the desirable terms and conditions of man, but they are God's conditions.
May your choice be wise.......

A Passion Driven Heart
Our Christian lives must be driven by passion; a passion to be after God's heart and His will. Without passion we can never discover our purpose for Him.
Let me boldly say this out loud that it is pure nonsense that we discover our purpose for God because of a book. You can read all you want in the book and in a puff, all is forgotten. You may gain knowledge and awareness of your ignorance but without passion, you labor in vain. You must develop a passion to pursue something. When our heavenly Father came to save man from eternal death, it was passion for His own created children that motivate Him to die for us on the cross.
So is it an acceptable fact that God sent someone to write a book to remind us of the purpose for the life that He gave us? Allow me to caption a reminder that the sinful man is not capable of anything without the power of the Holy Spirit. Our earthly life is tainted with sin. We are lost. We must be reminded that it is God who came to look for us and not the other way. We cannot discover our purpose for God if God did not send the Holy Spirit to help us grow a passion to pursue Him. Because the Spirit of God is passionate after God.
So now you have read the book and discover your purpose. What have you done with your discovery? Did you already lost the purpose? Don't you agree that it is pathetic of you to discover your purpose for God because of a book? Where is your passion now? What happened to it?
A few years ago when The Passion of Christ was shown in the cinema, many Christians expressed how guilty and unworthy they were for Christ to suffer and die for them in such a cruel death. When temptation show up at our door, we forgot everything; our guilt and unworthiness.
When you love God, you do anything for Him at whatever the cost. Jesus Christ came and showed us. Our Saviour went to the cross not because of us. We are not worthy of Him to suffer and die like that. Jesus Christ was doing it for the Father. He came to do the will of the Father. Because Jesus tasted the Father's love, Jesus will do anything at whatever the cost to Him.
So we must learn to respond to God's commands the same way. "Love our enemies" , He told us. So if we really love God, we should do just that. We must discard our way of viewing things from our own eyes. We must now see things from God's heart. People are no longer people because when you see from God's heart, they are now children of the Living God. Only difference is they are still lost and need our help to tell them how much the Father loves them.
Without love it is impossible to please God. 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
I can't possibly understand why we need to go to Bible college to study and know more about God. Christianity is about a relationship with the Living God. It's about a Father's love for His lost children. It's not how much we know about God; it's how close we are with God. It's about being passionate after a relationship with God. I guessed not many people may agree with me. Because on my mind I was wondering whether I will be allow into the Kingdom of God if I am an illiterate and know nothing about the Scriptures yet live with reverence and fear of God. By the way fearing God was interpreted as hating what God hates. (Proverbs 8:13)
So I conclude by quoting Ecclesiastes 12:13......Fear God and obey His commands for that is the duty of all man.
